As the most popular package among our clients, this selection is meant more for those who would like to plan the bulk of their event but feel they might need some additional assistance with the last stages of the planning. With this package we will begin working with you one month before your event date to formulate a plan outlining the tasks that still remain and how we will go about completing them. After helping you work out the last few details, our event coordinators will orchestrate the entire day for you, leaving you to enjoy every moment of your event without any concerns. Our Event Day-of Services, often referred to as Month-of Services, include the following:

  • Up to three in-person planning meetings leading up to your
    event, and unlimited phone/email communication and support
  • An on-site visit with you to your event location(s) addressing
    any questions or concerns you may have and going over
    necessary layouts and logistics
  • Preparation and distribution of a personalized
    minute-by-minute day-of itinerary (distributed to all vendors
    and individuals involved in your event)
  • Contact with all your vendors with ongoing communication to oversee their services and ensure they meet your agreed-upon expectations
  • Rehearsal coordination and assistance
  • Final walk-through of the event details  with you and everyone involved in
    the event
  • Review and assistance with the event final checklist to ensure everything has been accomplished on your to-do list
  • Assistance with last minute tasks – ie: escort cards, seating arrangements, programs and menu cards
  • Assistance with the design and set-up of the entire event (and
    any related events leading up to it)**
  • Storage and transportation of all items needed to be taken to
    the event venue(s) – ie: favors, toasting flutes, escort cards,
    guest book, and et cetera
  • Complete event day coordination including but not limited to:
    - Distribution of event day itinerary
    - Distribution of final payments and gratuities to all vendors
    in properly prepared envelopes
    - Oversee proper set-up (and tear-down) of the entire event
    - Receive and sign-off on all deliveries and greet vendors
    - Preparation and delivery of on-site, wedding-day
    emergency kit***
    - Assistance with event flowers, including set-up and tear-down
    (as needed and arranged for with your florist)
    - Greeting of guests and direction to necessary events
    - Orchestration and coordination of entire ceremony
    - Coordination of all music and entertainment
    - Packing of all gifts and important accessories at the end of
    the event

This package, which can be customized and tailored to fit each of our clients’ needs, is meant for those who need more (or less) help than just our day-of coordination services. In these cases we do as much or as little as needed, including complete planning and coordination. In many cases, all the research is done for you, suitable options are presented to you within your budget, and all you have to do is relax and enjoy your event and what is meant to be an exciting and fun planning process. In addition to the services provided in our Day-of & Month-of Event Services package, our Custom Planning & Coordination Services can include all and any of the following:

  • Event budget management and assistance
  • Theme, color-scheme, decor and design suggestions
    and assistance
  • Event/venue design and decor assistance and execution for
    all contracted events associated with the main event
  • Save-the-date and invitation assistance including order
    placement and assembly (if needed)
  • Centerpiece design and assistance
  • Online access to all research, vendor suggestions, budgets, itineraries, guest lists and et cetera (meant to ensure our are involved in and can see the progress of their event planning)
  • RSVP assistance and tracking
  • A complete and personalized timeline of all tasks that
    need to be accomplished for the event and all other events contracted
  • Vendor referrals based on your budget and
    personal preferences, including but not limited to caterers, photographers, videographers, bakers, florists, DJS,
    musicians, hair stylists, make-up artists, hotels, and
    transportation services
  • Schedule and attend all vendor meetings
  • Venue suggestions and tour-date arrangements
  • Contract review and assistance with all vendors and venues
  • Monthly timeline and budget updates
